About Lily

 I have long held the belief that for a person to achieve true health and well-being, there is a need to look deeply beyond just the physical. This belief, over many years, took me on a journey of self-discovery along various pathways including studies in astrology and involvement with yoga and meditation practices to name a few. It was during these years of self-development that my desire to help people on an energetic and spiritual level has resulted in my qualifications through Sphinx Spiritual as a Hahnemann Healing practitioner and Trainer, Spiritual Counsellor and Medium, as well as achieving an Advanced Diploma in Homeopathy enabling me to practice as a Homeopath. All of these wonderful healing modalities are aimed at assisting people to establish change to allow greater level of health, joy, understanding, meaning and purpose in their life.
